I was at the WIN event last night and heard you speak on the “New Year, New You” panel. My revolution may not be edgy or all that original, but I’m resolving to stop being the “go-to” girl at work and evolve into the woman you turn to when something needs to be done right and no one else can do it.

I have been told my entire professional life that in order to get ahead you have to be willing to do anything and be a “team player.” As a result, I have condemned myself to a life of entry level work. I ambitious, smart, and have great work experience. There is no reason I should be passed up for promotions and high level work.

So, there it is…I’m going to sit down this weekend and plan my revolution – wish me luck!
